Your Squiggle NFT acts as your entry pass through the Rainbow Gates of the Squiggle DAO Discord into a world built for Squiggle lovers by squiggle lovers
This world is bright, this world is joyful, this world has many rainbows.
What’s a Chromie Squiggle?
For those who’ve yet to bask in the rainbow glory that is a Squiggle, let’s add some context.
Squiggles are colourful generative art NFTs that live on the ethereum blockchain. Each squiggle is unique, generated algorithmically using data in a hash string to determine the locations of the points as well as the colors that you see. Squiggles are the first project launched on Art Blocks, a generative art platform and community run by some of the nicest people on the internet.
Why Squiggle DAO
Squiggle DAO is an experiment at sparking a coordination layer around an NFT project.
We believe there’s value in collaboration and coming together on the internet and this is an attempt to use the love of a colourful collectible to spark that connection.
Only people who own a squiggle can participate in the DAO. Each squiggle acts as both a piece of art to collect and enjoy and a membership pass to a world of similarly interested peers.
While some of Art Blocks team are members, Squiggle DAO is an unofficial, grass roots community. We are bound together by our love for squiggles and, rather practically, through owning at least one.
So what’s the plan?
That, dear reader, is a wonderful question. So wonderful that it’s still locked away safely behind the Rainbow Gates.
